Measuring only 9” H x 7” W x 6” D, this narcotics cabinet’s small size does not have room for any internal shelving. Because this narcotics lock box weighs only five pounds, this single door single lock narcotics cabinet is easy to transport or affix to your wall and is ideal for storing smaller quantities of medications. This cabinet is compliant with DEA guidelines for the secure storage of Schedule III, IV, and V controlled substances when a separate outer door is also used, such as inside a drawer or cabinet within a locked office or in a locked refrigerator/freezer within a locked office. Because this narcotics cabinet does not have both an inner and outer door, it is not recommended for the storage of Schedule I and II controlled substances unless additional criteria is met.
