Our e-commerce business has grown over the years, especially in the international markets oversees. We have observed the need for high quality accessories and protective apparel in the international markets and are excited that international Exports are a part of our growing business.

Z&Z Medical has partnered with the U.S. Export Assistance Center, an Iowa international trade specialist, to guide us on how to meet the rigorous requirements for importing healthcare products internationally, as well as how to register with local governments. We understand tariff and export requirements and are excited to be a leader in global exports for imaging supplies and protective apparel.

Which countries do you ship to?

We have several years of experience in providing quality products to the radiology imaging market world-wide and our customer service is second to none! We work closely with the U.S. Department of Treasury and The Office of Foreign Assets Control to maintain an up-to-date list of countries that we can do business with internationally. We ship to many countries including: Australia, Canada, China, Dubai, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates just to name a few.

Payment:

For standard international transactions:

Credit Card Payment through PayPal: All credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee, which will be applied to the total order amount. A PayPal invoice will be provided to you once you have submitted your purchase order to orders@zzmedical.com

Shipping:

Z&Z Medical currently ships products to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii and will gladly ship to countries outside the USA. Shipping cost varies based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package and shipping method.

FedEx is our preferred shipping partner, or we can ship world-wide per your shipping instructions. Our delivery terms are pre-paid from our location for centralized shipping, or from our partner locations with freight charges added to your invoice. Freight collect and 3^rd party collect shipping terms using your preferred freight provider is also available upon request. We do our best to make shipping to you easy and convenient.

INVOICES:

Our pro forma invoice will not include any applicable duties, taxes, or transfer fees, all of which are your responsibility. For pre-paid and add freight shipments, we will provide you a freight quote after we receive your quote request and include the estimate on the pro-forma invoice.
