Positioning & Use Overview

The SafetySure® Transfer Gurney is placed beneath the patient from the head to the hips by gently rolling the patient to one side and sliding the gurney into place with handles folded under the sheet. For floor lifts, the gurney is positioned with the lower edge at the hollow of the knees to assist controlled lifting. After transfers, the gurney is removed by folding the handles inward and carefully sliding it out at an upward angle.
