An order may be cancelled the same day it was placed and no fees will be charged to the customer. If a customer cancels an order due to back order status, unavailability of products or undue delays in shipment due to services of Z&Z Medical, Inc. or any of its suppliers, no fees or penalties will be charged to the customer and a full refund will be allowed. If a customer cancels an order for any other reason a 6% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining balance refunded. The customer may elect to take an in store credit for the full purchase amount and no cancellation fees will be charged. NO changes or cancellations are accepted on same day or rush shipped items per the customer request.
All authorized products must be returned within 30 days from shipment date. All items that are returned are subject to a restocking fee of 25% unless the manufactures restocking fee is higher. If the manufactures restocking fee is more than 25% these additional fees will be passed on to the customer. In most cases the restocking fee can be waived or reduced to 13% if an exchange is set up with Z&Z Medical before returning the item. However certain manufacturers consider items made-to-order and won't accept these for return. In this situation we will work on a case-by-case basis with the customer to resolve this but may have to refuse the return or charge partial or full restock fees. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned products MUST be in new condition with all packaging materials and manuals in place and accompanied by a "Return Authorization" number obtained from Z&Z Medical, Inc.. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, the return may be rejected or additional charges may be applied. Custom order items such as custom aprons are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to ask before ordering a product if it is a custom order not eligible for return. Items returned for exchange for comparable products will not be charged restocking fees unless the manufacture imposes restocking fees on exchanged goods. Lead glass eye-wear has a 7 day return policy with no restocking fees with the exception of prescription and monogrammed glasses. Prescription and monogrammed lead glasses are non-returnable. After 7 days restocking charges will apply. There is no restocking fee on pillows returned in original packaging in sellable condition.
Items purchased for uses other than what the product is designed for are non-returnable.
To request a "Return Authorization" send an email to Returns@zzmedical.com complete with your original order number and item you are requesting to be returned. Our returns department will review and respond in 24-48 hours with the exception of weekends or holidays.
All in stock products purchased from our web store will be shipped via UPS or common carrier from our warehouse in Cedar Falls, IA. Most orders received by 2:00 PM central time will ship that same day. All non stock products will be drop shipped direct from our manufacturer or supplier to the customer. Please allow about three weeks for delivery of most lead apron products as the product is not manufactured until the order has been placed.
- Orders shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for reshipment of the order.

Orders shipped to international addresses may incur additional broker fees at time of import. These fees are not included in the shipping amounts collected by Z&Z Medical, Inc. and must be paid to the broker at time of import.
You will be contacted regarding any freight shipments to determine if there are any additional access requirements. Freight rates quoted only include business dock-to-dock or outside delivery. Additional charges apply for inside delivery, call ahead/appointment scheduling, residential & limited access, as well as any other add-on service.
Shipping to APO Addresses
We are able to ship select items to APO addresses however those orders have to be processed manually due to specific shipping methods required. To process your order to be shipped to an APO you must contact our customer service department (1-800-410-9575) to place your order.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA) - Not all items available for international shipping.
