This MRI Safe Gurney is constructed using only non-ferromagnetic materials—including brass, titanium, aluminum, and select plastics—making it fully compatible with Ferromagnetic Detection Systems (FMDS). It has been tested and certified to pass through both pre-screen and pre-entry door detection systems, ensuring safe use in MRI Zones 3 and 4.
