Congrats Rod on Your Work Anniversary

Rod Katz celebrates his 7-year work anniversary at Z&Z Medical in July. Rod works as our Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Manager. He manages all the logistical operations to ensure the many products we warehouse and ship from the home office are processed in an efficient and timely manner. His job encompasses a vast array of duties that all interact to ensure a smooth process from incoming to outgoing inventory. Other aspects of his job are: complete inventory control and reorder process, inventory quality control, shipping all products daily via many different freight carriers, unloading and processing incoming products, delivering purchases to local customers and scheduling large load LTL pickups and deliveries. He always works to stay on top of inventory challenges despite the many issues we face with product delays and shortages. Rod works closely with customers that require special delivery processes to ensure their products arrive and are unloaded properly to meet their individual needs. He also works in the day-to-day operations in the office entering service technician reports, answering phones and taking orders whenever he is needed. Rod is very dependable and dedicated to his job. He always has a positive can-do attitude that helps to get things done no matter what the job is.

Rod has proudly raised two boys, Trevor & Jason that have gone to college and both have successful careers. Recently Rod and his fiancé Deb bought a home and have spent much of their time moving and settling in.
