X-Ray Table Pads Table pads have many uses in Radiology departments  They are most often seen on imaging tables & stretchers, helping keep patients still and comfortable. Not all table pads are created for the same purposes, however. Fortunately, Z&Z Medical has a lot of features and options available, so that you can be sure the table pad you order perfectly meets your needs.  Here are some of the options you can select from when ordering a general use table pad.

Standard Table Pads: 1" standard pads are very comfortable, perfect for short procedures (less than one hour). When procedures last longer than an hour, a firmer 2" Premium pad will be much more comfortable. These thicker pads will also provide stability and should always be used with older patients. These table pads are available in two sizes (72" X 24” X 1"),  (80" X 30" X 1)  

Premium Table Pads: Premium table pads come standard as 2" thick, and are manufactured with a nice squared, box-end corners give these pads an attractive, design-focused look. These are offered in two sizes: (72” x 24” x 2”) and (80’ x 30” x 2”)

 Coated Table Pads:  These are a Z&Z Exclusive. We are the only ones to offer this amazing table pad. Manufactured with a poly vinyl nitrile foam which is a closed cell foam but more pliable and offers excellent patient comfort without bottoming out. It is coated with an antimicrobial coating that is easy to clean.  Available in two sizes: (72” x 24” x 1”) and (80” x 30” x 1”)

Custom Table Pads:  Z&Z Medical also offers custom table pads. Choose your width and length and thickness. Our Custom X-Ray Table pads are high quality customized pads to fit your specific imaging table needs. Comfortable for patients and are very easy to clean and disinfect with a mild cleaner or germicide. Table pad is manufactured with either 1" or 2" foam to provide maximum support and comfort. These pads are less expensive than your OEM table pads and can be used on both imaging tables and stretchers.  Radiolucent.

When comfort is a prime focus, our NEW Custom Memory Foam Table Pads are a must. We combine a 1" bottom layer of standard foam and a .5" top layer of 5.5 lb memory foam to provide an optimum level for patient comfort. Perfect for those long procedures or for recovery after a procedure. These pads are pressure displacing, contouring and provide excellent body support. No bottoming out thanks to our 1-on 1 foam combination. These pads are covered in our 4-way stretch antimicrobial material. Perfect for procedures that last 2-5 hours or for patients who are pain sensitive or frail.

All of these pads are radiolucent and easy to clean with any medical grade germicide or 10% bleach solution. We can also add non-skid, anti-slip backing and hanging handles to any custom pad. Just indicate what you'd like when you order!
